摘要
目的规范终末病案质量管理,提高工作质量和效率;方法用先进的电子档案为载体,对终末病案质量评价后的内容、评分、结果等进行规范化、系统化管理;结果完整地保存了终末病案质量评价后的内容、结果、数据,提升有关医务人员在医疗纠纷、医疗差错的处理上的主导地位;结论终末病案质量评价管理更加规范化、先进化、信息化。
Objective To standardize the management of the quality of terminal medical record so as to increase of the quality and efficiency of medical record management. Method Using the advanced electronic management system to standardize and systematize the contents, grade and result of the evaluated terminal medical record.
