水热法合成的纳米氧化锆结构 被引量:11

摘要 以Zr4+和Y3+的氢氧化物为水热前驱体,氢氧化钾和碳酸钾作矿化剂,采用水热法制备氧化钇稳定氧化锆(YSZ)纳米粉末,研究水热处理温度、pH值和矿化剂浓度对水热合成纳米氧化锆晶型结构的影响。实验结果表明:高的反应温度有利于立方氧化锆的生成,矿化剂的加入对合成产物晶化度和晶粒大小有显著的影响,体系pH值会影响水热前驱体的结构,进而影响水热合成纳米氧化锆的晶型。在Y2O3掺杂量比较大的时候,pH值的变化对氧化锆晶型的影响不明显,晶型由掺杂量决定。 Yttria-stabilised zirconia(YSZ) powders have been obtained from Zr(Ⅳ) an Y(Ⅲ) hydroxids by hydrothermal crystallization. ZrOCl2·8H2O, Y2O3 and ammonia are used as raw materials to prepare hydrothermal precursor, and then nanosized ZrO2(3Y) powders are synthesized using water and K2CO3/KOH solutions as hydrothermal medium. The crystallographic forms of zirconium oxide powders vary with each factor of reaction such as reaction temperature, pH value and concentration of the mineralizer. It has found that ZrO2 is tend to be c-ZrO2 under high temperature, The mineralizer can obviously affect the degree of crystallization and crystal size, and pH value affects the structure of precursor and then the crystal of ZrO2. It becomes the decisive factor for the crystallization when the addition of Y2O3 is above certain value.
