摘要 通过对余热锅炉的火用分析,推导出余热锅炉参数与火用回收量的关系模型,并分别给出对应不同烟气入口温度,饱和蒸汽锅炉和过热蒸汽锅炉回收火用值和工作参数的选择图表,分析提高余热锅炉火用效率的途径和方法.推荐不同烟气温度条件下余热锅炉的优选参数. When the parameters of the waste heat boiler aiming at the power recovery are determined,we should pursuit the largest quantity of the exergy recovery of the waste heat sources. On the basis of the exergy analysis of the wast heat boiler,the article prvides the mathermatics model, reflecting the relations between the parameters of the boiler and the quantity of the exergy recovery. Furthermore,the article gives the sparate seleotion diagrams of exergy recorer ,the working parameters of the saturated steam boiler and the superheated steam bioler ,in relation to different inlet gas temperatures.And finally it analyses the methods of promoting exergy efficiency and recomends the most suitbble parameters of waste heat boiler at the different gas temperatures.
