摘要
作者调查辽宁省36所高校图书馆面向社会服务的基本情况,指出高校图书馆面向社会服务存在的问题和困难,分析产生问题的原因;根据国内外大学图书馆面向社会服务的经验,提出开展社会服务的建议。
The authors made a survey of status of the outreach services to the public of 36 university libraries in Liaoning Province, discussed the problems and difficult, analyzed the causes of problems and difficult, and offered proposals for outreach services based on the experiences in other university libraries,
