摘要
总馆分馆制作为图书馆的一种组织管理模式,在国外及我国港澳台地区已得到广泛实施,在国内也有成功的范例。本文以构建长春市协作图书馆服务网络体系为例,从发展思路、发展模式、运作方式、实现目标等方面,探讨以总馆分馆制的方式,建立具有本地区特色的图书馆服务网络体系。
Central ＆ branch library, as a model for the organization and management of library, is very popular in abroad and Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan region. The paper takes the example of the service network system of Changchun Collaborative Library to discuss how to establish an effective service network with local characteristics according to the mode of Central ＆ branch library from the aspects of developing mode, operating mode and implementing goal.
