摘要 迅速发展的开源软件为图书馆建设提供了一种新的模式,图书馆利用开源软件可以提升自己的创新能力,创立自己的品牌,在竞争中处于优势。 It is a new mode for library information constructing using open source software（OSS）. This paper expatiates the library promotes the innovation and wins the competition advantage using OSS.
