摘要
目的本研究目的为证实存在附着丧失的成人患者可以接受正畸治疗。方法 120名存在附着丧失的成人患者在 Maimonides 大学(研究生教程)和我们研究室进行治疗。所有这些患者在正畸治疗前、中、后都进行了牙周治疗。结果所有这些患者在良好口腔卫生维护下都取得了良好的疗效。结论存在附着丧失的成人患者可以成功地进行正畸治疗,同时可获得一定量的骨修复和稳定的效果。
Objective The aim of this study is to demostrate that adults with reduced periodontal attachment can be treated orthodontically. Methods 120 adults with reduced periodontal attachment were treated at the Maimonides University （ post-graduate program ） and in our office. All of them were treated periodontically before, during and after the orthodontic treatment. Results Excelent results were achieved in all patients with good oral higiene. Conclusions Patients with reduced periodontal attachment can be treated successfully with orthodontics achieving some amount of osseus repair and stable results.
