摘要
为评定钢材抗拉强度的测量不确定度,以φ25热轧带肋钢筋为例,根据不确定度计算的数学模型确定影响试验结果的各项因素,计算各因素所带来的不确定度分量,求出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,最终给出热轧带肋钢筋抗拉强度测量结果的检测报告。
First, in order to evaluate the uncertainty of testing tensile strength for steel, as an example, various factors influrencing on results tested for hot-rolled ribbed bar of φ25 mm were determined by means of math model, the related componens of effective factor were calculated. Then, the uncertainty both of combined standard and expanded were determined. Finally, the report on tested results of tensilse strength of hot-rolled ribbed bar are given.
