白血病干细胞分子调控机制及靶向治疗 被引量:1

摘要 白血病是脱离正常分化轨道具有克隆形成能力的细胞在时间和空间上应该凋亡而未发生凋亡,并呈现克隆性增殖和浸润其他脏器的一种恶性血液病。发生血液病主要有两个前提条件:一是白血病干细胞(LSC)的出现,二是患者免疫功能不能清除LSC和(或)不能控制其增殖。可见,导致白血病的根基便是LSC,
