Galectin-1的生物学活性及其研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 随着国内外对凝集素研究的增多,半乳糖凝集素作为凝集素家族的一员日益受到生物学家和免疫学家的关注。它分布广泛,存在于多种组织和细胞内,参与细胞的黏附、增殖、凋亡和炎症反应等多种生理病理过程,并很有可能成为肿瘤和炎症治疗的新的作用靶点。随着对半乳糖凝集素整个家族成员深入的研究,目前已有了许多新的进展,深入细致的分述各个成员很有必要,本文就Galectin-1的研究现状作一综述。
