摘要
(35)~S-多噻烷,即(35)~S-7-二甲氨基-1,2,3,4,5-五硫环辛烷,是由Na_2^(35)SO_4制备Na_2^(35)S,进而制备Na_2^(35)SS_x,再与氯化物缩合而成,放化收率33.6％,放化纯度97％。
35S-labelled DAPTCO (35S-dimethylamino-1, 2, 3, 4, 5-pentathio cyclooctane) was synthesized from 35S-Sodium sulfate through 3 steps:After purification, radiochemical purity was 97%. Total radiochemical yield was 33.6%.
