植物生长调节剂SD-100(山东-100)在番茄上的残留量随时间的延长而下降,研究表明,处理后1小时,14_(C-SD-100)已进入植株各器官,其分布量以叶片与果实较多,茎部次之,根部与生长点的残留物较少。放射性物质在植株内可随蒸腾流或营养物质的运输向上或向下移动。喷施1次的残留量经验公式为:C=0.5900e^(-0.2052t)。
SD-100 residual content in tomato reduced gradually with the elapse of time after treatment. The study showed that the radioactive substance had transported into various organs one hour after treating. More radioactivity was found in leaves and fruits and less in roots and growing tips. The radioactive substance was transported up and down in plants along with evapotranspiration flow or transportion of nutrient mass.The experienced equation which is used for spray SD-100 once in tomato is:C=0.5900e-6.2052t.
