摘要
γ射线加化学诱变剂复合处理大豆种子,M_1主要表现为生理损伤,出现不同类型的畸形株,影响生育进程。M_2出现质量性状和数量性状的突变类型,突变率为3.29%,其中有百粒重超过原品种8g以上的突变体。复合处理的效果大于单一因素处理的效果。
Studies on mutations induced by γ-ray combined with chemical muta-gen treatment on soybean seeds were carried out. In M1 generation, physiological damages were obvious. Different types of deformed plant appeared. The course of growth and development were delayed. In M2 generation, the mutations on qualitative and quantitative characters were expressed.The mutation frequency was 3.29%.A mutant with seed weight of 8g per 100 seeds higher than original variety was obtained. The effect of joint treatment with physical and chemical agents is more mutagenic than that of single treatment. Therefore, it is an effective method in enhancing the mutagenic frequency.
