丙型肝炎病毒感染与2型糖尿病之间关系的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的调查慢性丙型肝炎患者2型糖尿病的发病率和空腹血糖阳性率,以及2型糖尿病患者丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染率,探讨HCV感染与2型糖尿病的关系。方法采用葡萄糖氧化酶法检测82例慢性丙型肝炎患者(丙型肝炎组)与146例健康体检者(对照组)的空腹血糖值,采用酶联免疫法检测79例2型糖尿病患者(糖尿病组)与对照组血清的抗HCV。结果丙型肝炎组2型糖尿病发病率及空腹血糖阳性率分别为13.41%与25.61%,对照组分别为3.42%、8.90%,两两比较,差异均有显著性(分别χ2=5.97,P<0.05;χ2=15.82,P<0.005)。年龄>50岁丙型肝炎患者,其2型糖尿病发病率显著高于对照组(χ2=9.57,P<0.02);>40岁丙型肝炎患者空腹血糖阳性率显著高于对照组(χ2=6.45,P<0.05)。糖尿病组HCV感染率为1.27%,与对照组0.68%比较,差异无显著性(χ2=0.19,P>0.50)。结论在未发生肝硬化情况下,对于年龄>50岁的人群,HCV感染是导致2型糖尿病发生的危险因素之一。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the occurrence of type 2 diabetes mellitus and chronic hepatitis C. Methods The value of fasting plasma glucose (FPG) in 82 chronic hepatitis C patients (hepatitis C group) and 146 healthy people (control group) were detected with glucose oxidase method. Anti-HCV in the serum of 79 type 2 diabetes patients (diabetes group) and 146 people in control group were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results In hepatitis C group, the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus and positive rate of FPG was 13. 41 %and 25.61 % respectively, and in control group was 3.42% and 8. 90% respectively, there were signif- icant differences in the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus and positive rate of FPG between two groups respectively X^2 = 5.97, P〈0. 05; X^2 = 15.82, P〈0. 005, respectively). The incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus in hepatitis C patients〉50 years old was obviously higher than that in control group (X^2 = 9.57, P〈0. 02) ; the positive rate of FPG in hepatitis C patients〉40 years old was obviously higher than that in control group(X^2 = 6. 45,P〈0. 05). The infection rate of HCV in diabetes group and control group was 1.27% and 0. 68% respectively, there was no significant difference between the two (X^2 = 0. 19, P〉0. 50). Conclusion Before the occurrence of hepatocirrhosis, HCV infection is one of the risk factors in the occurrence of type 2 diabetes mellitus in patients whose age are younger than 50 years old
