摘要
含有1.23%PI的煤焦油在450℃自升压下聚合2小时,产物分别用直接吡啶抽提和先热过滤去除母液再用吡啶抽提两种方法进行分离。所得炭微球在扫描电镜下观察,发现经热过滤分离的中间相炭微球形状比较好,收率稍高。
A coal tar with 1' 23wt% PI had been heat-treated at 450℃ for 2hours, and the polymerizate was separated in two ways: Extracted with pytidine directly and firstly filtered at 150℃, then the filtering residue was extracted with pyridine. The MCMBs prepared in the two method were observed under a SEM microscope. It's found that the MCMBs through heating filtering looks better than the other.
