摘要
在综合国内外森林火灾研究现状的基础上,提出并实现了基于"3S"技术的森林火灾损失评估系统,将森林火灾损失评估分为灾中评估、灾后评估两大部分.前者改进并实现了基于3D元胞自动机的林火蔓延模型,后者提出了基于格网的损失评估模型,从直接经济损失、间接经济损失、社会损失3个方面反映灾情损失情况.
This paper puts forward and realizes Forest Fire Loss Assessment System based on ＂3S＂ technology after carefully studying current actuality of forest fire researches of the world which divides the forest fire assessment into middle and after two parts. The former ameliorates and realizes 3D-celi automaton fire extending model; while the latter puts forwards grid-basod loss assessment model; reflects severity degree of the forest fire loss froth direct economic loss, indirect economic loss and society loss.
