摘要
以安全系统工程、安全人机工程和安全管理学理论为基础,论述了隐患、排查、治理的概念,认为隐患排查治理的根本方法是从人、机、环和安全管理4个方面对危险、有害因素进行识别、分析,并对其可能造成的潜在危险和危害(隐患)进行排查、定级,制定安全对策措施,从根本上预防、消除和控制事故隐患。
Based on the safety system engineering, safety ergonomicsystem and safety administration, this paper discusses the meaning of hidden trouble and its checking and governing. It also explains that the basic method of checking and governing the hidden trouble is distinguishing and analyzing the dangerous and bad factors from such aspects as human, machine, circumstance and safety management. And then it establishes the safety measures so as to prevent, eliminate and control the hidden trouble.
