摘要
通过对我国与德国住房保障制度进行比较分析,明确了我国住房保障制度同西方发达国家之间存在的差距,并提出了一些改进和完善住房保障制度的策略与方法。
This paper makes a comparative study of housing guarantee systems between China and Germany. By contrasting study, this paper defines the gap of housing guarantee between China and western developed countries, and offers a few ideas to improve the housing guarantee system.
