摘要
将钛涂层317L接骨板植入电子线照射的犬右下颌骨体部,用透射电镜(TEM)观察相邻骨膜超微结构变化,结果显示,钛涂层317L接骨板组相邻骨膜超微结构损伤比未喷涂钛层的317L接骨板对照组轻微。可能与未喷涂钛层的317L接骨板所释放出来的毒性较大的Cr、Ni离子对组织细胞的再损伤有关,而钛涂层317L接骨板表面呈纯钛相。
Titanium coated 317L stainless steel plates were implanted onto the right side of the mandibular body of dogs which were received radiation with electronic beam. The ultrastructures of the adjacent periosteum were observed with transmission electron microscope. The results showed that the ultrastructural injury was slighter in the titanium coated 317L Plate group than the uncoated 317L Plate control group. It may be related to more poisonous Cr and Ni ions which released from the 317L Plates, and produce the double harmful to the injuried cells, while the titanium coated 317L Plates had pure titanium surface and may not damage the ultrastructure of the cells.
