摘要
建立茜草提取液中总黄酮含量的微型实验测定方法.对比常规实验和微型实验两种提取方法,利用紫外分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品制定标准曲线,进行样品含量和回收率的测定.其结果为最大吸收波长506nm,线性回归方程为A=-0.01587+1.0434C(mg/10 mL)(R=0.999782),常量法提取液中总黄酮的平均含量为1.93%,平均回收率为102.74%.微型法提取液中总黄酮的平均含量为1.81%,平均回收率为101.59%.结果表明微型实验方法简便,准确可靠,测定茜草中总黄酮的含量其方法误差与常规实验方法一样在允许范围之内.
To establish the method for in vitro assay of total flavones in Rubia cordiloha L. by microscale laboratory. Tries to compare the routine method with mlcroscale laboratory method extraction, UV spectrophometry method was developed to determine the content of total flavones. Determine the content and recovery on the base of rutln as standard sample. The max wavelength was 506nm and the linear regression equation was A= - 0. 01587 + 1. 0434C(mg/10 mL) (R = 0. 999782). The average content of total flavones were 1.93 % and 1.81%. The average recovery of total flavones were 102.74% and 101.59 %. The microscale laboratory method is simple,effective and feasible, and its method error is as in permissible limits as the routine laboratory.
