摘要
目的:研究对乙酰氨基苯乙酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用中和法和pH指示剂吸收度比值法测定对乙酰氨基苯乙酸的含量。结果:用中和法和pH指示剂吸收度比值法测定对乙酰氨基苯乙酸的含量的结果基本一致。结论:中和法和pH指示剂吸收度比值法皆可用于原料药的含量测定。
Objective： To research the content determination methods for 4-acetylaminophenylacetic acid. Methods： The neutralization method and the pH indicator absorbance ratio method were used to determine the content of 4-aeetylaminophenylacetic acid.Results： The content determination results of 4-acetylaminophenylacetic acid by the neutralization method were consistent with that by the pH indicator absorbance ratio method. Conclusion： Both the neutralization method and the pH indicator absorbanee ratio method are available to determine the content of raw medicine.
