摘要
选择增敏作用较好的8-羟基喹啉作为增敏剂,拟定了在2.5%的8-羟基喹啉存在下FAAS测定铅的新方法.铅测定的灵敏度提高,其增敏百分数达40%,且8-羟基喹啉对铜、铝的干扰有明显抑制作用.应用于化妆品、铜合金中铅的测定,回收率在95%~105%之间,变异系数均小于5%.
Enhancingeffect of surfactants and organic reagents on the determination of lead by FAAS is studied in this paper.8Hydroxyquinoline,with best enhancingeffect,is selected as the sensibilizer.A new method of the determination of lead in the presence of 2.5 % 8hydroxyquinoline has been developed.By this method,the atomic absorption signal of lead is enhanced by 40 %,and the interference from copper,aluminium is suppressed effectively.This method has been applied to the determination of lead in cosmetics and copper alloy,and the recovery of lead is 95 % ̄105 %,and the coefficient of variation is less than 5 %.
