摘要
研究了(Y2O3,CaO)复合掺杂ZrO2材料中,添加剂含量对材料电导率σ、电导活化能E以及电导常数σ0的影响规律,发现E与σ0之间存在显著的线性关系。(Y2O3,CaO)复合掺杂ZrO2材料系统存在一个特征温度T0,当T<T0时,电导活化能较高的材料电导率较低;而当T>T0时,电导活化能较高的材料则表现出较高的电导率。
The variation of the conductivity σ,the activation energy of conduction E and the material constant σ0 with the content of additive is studied for(Y_2O_3,CaO) doped ZrO2 materialsIt is shown that an obvious linear relationship exists between activation energy E and constant σ0There is a characteristic temperature T0,below which conductivity of material with higher activation energy will be lower,while above which conductivity will be higher
