摘要
电潜泵系统通常通过更换不同孔径的油嘴来调节电潜泵的排量和其他运行参数,这种调节方式带来了节流损失,导致电潜泵井运行效率下降,电耗增加。为此,研制了电潜泵自动调节油嘴。该自动调节油嘴主要由壳体、阀心、弹簧、防尘密封圈、弹簧座套、不锈钢过滤网、预紧螺栓、卸压孔和小流油孔组成。室内试验及现场试验表明,该油嘴设计合理,结构简单,节流损失明显减小,是提高电潜泵井运行效率、降低电耗的最有效措施之一。
In our country,the displacement and other operating parameters of ESP system are adjusted through replacing nozzles with different aperture.This kind of adjusting method brings throttle loss,causing the operating efficiency of ESP well to decrease and electricity consumption to increase.Therefore,the ESP automatic adjusting nozzle is developed.The nozzle is mainly composed of shell body,valve core,spring,dustproof sealing ring,spring seating,stainless steel filtering sieve,pre-tightening bolt,pressure-discharging hole and small flowing hole.The indoor and field applications indicate that the nozzle is characterized by reasonable design,simple structure and significant decrease of throttle loss.It is one of the most effective measures of improving the operating efficiency of ESP and decreasing electricity consumption.
