摘要
制动感觉较多地影响了人们对轿车制动系统的评估。建立在大量试验数据统计基础上的制动感觉指数评价体系,通过对各阶段的制动踏板行程、制动踏板力及相应的制动减速度的测量,能很好地反映、评估制动感觉。运用实例可知,这种主观评估客观试验化的方法,相对简化、易操作,并在保证正确性的同时,使相关的工程开发改进的人员、时间、成本得以有效降低。
A good brake feel does make a positive impact on the customer′s evaluation of the car brake system. The brake feel index based on a large amount of test data can reflect and evaluate the brake feel through the measure of the brake pedal travel, force and de- celeration. The example shows it is a more simplified test method to verify the performance of brake feel ac- curately, and the related engineering source and cost can be decreased tremendously.
