摘要
采用气相流动吸附法制取了TiO2/γ-Al2O3复合载体,浸滞法担载一定量MOO3.用XRD,TPR方法考察了MOO3的分散状态,中压固定床反应装置测定了催化剂的噻吩加氢脱硫和环己烯加氢活性.结果表明,TiO2的加入能减弱MOO3与γ-Al2O3间的相互作用,促进MOO3的还原。
TiO 2/γ Al 2O 3 complex support is prepared with gas phase adsorption method and molybdena is deposited on titania alumina by impregnation of (NH 4) 6M O7 O 24 ·4H 2O solution.XRD and TPR methods are used to investigate the dispersion state of M OO 3 on the surface of support.Thiophene hydrodesulfurization (HDS) and cyclohexene hydrogenation (HYD) activities of catalysts are measured in a fixed bed reactor under 3.0 Mpa H 2 pressure.The results show that the coverage of TiO 2 on γ Al 2O 3 can weaken the interaction between M OO 3 and γ Al 2O 3,promote the reduction of M OO 3 and improve the HDS catalyst activity of molybdenum catalyst in hydrotreating progress.
