固体超强碱能够在温和的条件下高活性、高选择性催化反应,不仅能节约能源而且能减少环境污染。作者综述了90年代以来固体超强碱催化在精细化工、石油化工等领域中的应用,以及固体超强碱尤其是超强碱性分子筛催化材料研究的最新发展。
Solid superbase catalysts were extremely desirable for modern industrial due toTheir distinguished advantages.Solid superbase could permit base catalyzed reactions in mildconditions.In reactions involving liquids,solid superbase could be used in a liquid flow system to vary the contact time of a solution with the solid catalyst.Removal of product form thebasic component prevents further reastion of the product and permits optimization of product selectivity and conversion.Furthermore,superbase catalyzed reactions couled out without having to expose equipment to large concentrations of caustic chemicals in solution.Thecatalyst could be separated from the reaction,washed,dried and reused.It could solve theproblem of disposing of concentrated basic solution.The new applications of superbase catalsisin petrochemical and fine chemical industry have been reviewed,and the latest development insynthesis of solid superbase,strong basic and superbasic molecular sieves were also reviewed.
