摘要
本文介绍在摩擦纺纱实验机台上,用20多种不同的纤维输送管道进行了纺纱试验,并对管道进出口处气流速度分布作了测定,优选出进出口面积比为1:3.3的管道。通过试验证明,摩擦纺纱中纤维输送管道的几何形状对成纱质量有很大影响,用优选的管道并使其出口朝尘笼方向能提高成纱质量。
The spinning experiment of a friction spinning test-machine were made with different fibre transfer channels. The distributions of the air speed in the fibre transfer channels were determined. The adequate area of channel outlet and its position relative to the perforated drum are discussed.
