摘要
本文应用^(140)La、^(141)Ce示踪方法,测定了叶面喷施镧铈元素之后作物对它们吸收的动态过程。结果表明喷后1h吸收速率最快。随时间的延长吸收速率迅速下降,两者呈负相关。从吸收量看,48h达到高峰,120h出现动态平衡。籽粒中的积累甚少。实验结果表明小麦从根部吸收铈比叶面吸收团难。以上结果为探讨稀土农用机理及制订农用技术合理措施提供依据。
140La and 141Ce tracer techniques have been applied to detormine the dynamic process of absorption by crop after foliar spraying of La and Ce. After 48 hours of 140La and 141Ce solution spraying on leaves, the absorption of 140La and 141Ce by spring wheat got the peak value. At the fifth day it reached dynamic equilibrium, the absorption rate reached maxium on one hour after foliar spraying. The relationship of absorption rate of La and Ce with time can be described by the formula y=abx,Within six days, the absorption rate of La and Ce changed in the range of 0.18-1.54% and 0.38-0.8796, respectively, but the accumulation in grain was poor. The experimental results showed that the absorption of Ce by spring wheat from soil was more difficult than from leaves.
