摘要
目的规范腹腔镜胆囊切除术(Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy,LC)患者健康教育程序,提高健康教育的质量,保证患者得到及时有效的健康教育。方法将126例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者随机分成两组,实验组采用临床路径进行健康教育,对照组采用传统方法进行健康教育,进行对比分析。结果实验组和对照组患者在围手术期健康知识和技能有显著差异,护理服务满意度方面有明显差异。结论应用临床路径开展腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的健康教育,提高了患者对健康知识的掌握程度和对护理工作的满意度,促进了护患交流,是一种值得推广的、有效的健康教育模式。
Objective To ensure providing an effective and prompt health education for patients underwent Laparoseopie Choleeysteetomy (LC) by standizing the procedure and improving the quality of the heahh education. Methods 126 patients achieved Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy were divided into two groups at random. The experimental group were treated by a clinical pathway. On the other hand, the control group were treated by a traditional way. Then compared and anlayzed the result of two groups. Results The experimental group and the control group showed significant difference on both health knowledge and technique in perioperative period and nursing satisfication. Conclusion Providing a health education in clinical pathway for Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy patients can improve their health knowledge and satisfication of nursing. So it is valuable to promote this health education mode to improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
