木材干燥窑的结构为砖混结构.墙为烟道砖墙,窑顶为厚80mm钢筋混凝土拱形顶.窑后有两组烟道,前部为宽800mm炉排.以对流加热,并装有给湿管.造价16000元.干燥宝塔管总时间为21天.经核算:烘干1只宝塔管0.011194元,烘干1m^3木材的成本为23.12元.干燥成品率98%,质量符合要求.
The wood drying kiln is brick-cement blend structured: brick walls with built-in smoke flues inside, 80mm thick reinforced concrete vault, two sets of smoke flues behind the kiln, a 800mm long oven in the front of the kiln. The kiln uses convection heating principle and has moisture supply pipes in it. The total cost of the kiln is 16000 yuan(RMB). The dry time for a cone bobbin is 21 days. It is proved by calculation that the cost for drying one cone tube is of 0.011194 Yuan; for drying wood of 1m^3, 23.12 Yuan. Qualification rate is 98% which meets the quality requirements.
