摘要
快淬技术制备的铁基纳米晶合金材料组织特征为由晶粒尺寸为十几nm的α-Fe(Si)固溶主相和剩余非晶相所组成的双相组织,处于热力学亚稳定态,用其制成的磁性器件的温度特性问题备受元器件用户的关注。研究了铁基纳米晶变压器铁心的高频损耗Pcm和幅值磁导率μa以及磁粉心的电感性能在一定温度范围内随温度的变化情况,结果表明铁基纳米晶合金系列铁心在-55~150℃温度范围内具有良好的温度稳定性。
The nanocrystalline iron-based alloys prepared by rapid quenching technique posses two-phase structure consisting of a dominant α-Fe(Si) solid solution with grain size of a little more than ten nanometers and a remaining amorphous phase, which is in thermodynamic metastable state. Temperature characteristics of the magnetic devices made of nanocrystalline iron-based alloys is very much concerned by final users. The relationship between magnetic performance and temperature of several typical nanocrystaUine iron-based alloy cores is studied in this paper. The test results show that nanocrystalline iron-based alloys have good temperature stability in the temperature range of - 55 to 150℃.
