摘要
目的探讨经鼻气管插管机械通气治疗呼吸衰竭的有效护理措施,提高护理质量及呼吸衰竭抢救成功率。方法37例呼吸衰竭患者均经纤维支气管镜引导经鼻气管插管机械通气,治疗过程中严密观察血氧饱和度(SaO2)、气道压力,同时做好基础护理、病情监测,并认真记录各项指标。结果35例拔管后痊愈,2例死亡。结论根据病情变化,施以有效的护理措施对呼吸衰竭的治疗有重要作用。
Objective To explore effective nursing measure of respiratory failure treated by insert the bronchial pipe via nose mechanical ventilates,and to raise nursing quality and respiratory failure rescue successful rate. Methods 37 patients with respiratory failure were guided by tiber bronchus mirror to go through nose,inserted bronchial pipe to mechanical ventilate. In treatment course, blood oxygen degree of saturation（SaO2）and airway pressure strictly were observed, at the same time, basic nursing and condition inspection were made, and every index was carefully recorded. Results 35 examples recovered after pulling out pipe, 2 examples died. Conclusion According to condition change, giving effective treatment of nursing measure for respiratory failure is important.
