摘要
本文分析了空气阻力所引起的气圈滞后角对纱线张力的影响及纱线张力理论值与实测值之间误差的原因,并导出了相应的张力表达式.钢领钢丝圈为"一点接触"时的纱线张力理论值与实测值得到吻合.同时,本文还探讨了钢领钢丝圈为"两点接触"时所特有的张力特性,并作了定量的分析,其结论与实际相符,为新型钢领钢丝圈的设计提供了理论依据.
This paper analyses the influence of baloon's hysteresis angle caused by air resistance upon yarn tension and the cause for the differance between the theoretical and actual values of yarn tension, deduces the relative yarn tensile equation as well. The theoretical tension value coincides with the actual one when one point contact' presents between ring and traveller. At the same time, the paper also studies the tensile characteristics in the condition of' two point contact'. The quantitative analysis shows that the results correspond to the actual tension values, offering the theoretical basis for design of new rings and travellers.
