摘要
结合天盛御景小区高层住宅楼工程概况,阐述了人工挖孔桩桩端后压浆加固原理和施工顺序,重点介绍了桩端后压浆技术的施工工序,指出该技术节约了工期,降低了成本,并有效减小了建筑物的沉降量,值得推广使用。
Combined with the engineering general situation of Tianshengyujing areola high-rise residential building, the construction principle and sequence of manual hole digging pile and pressure grouting of pile were illustrated. The construction procedure of pressure grouting of pile were emphasis introduced, it pointed that the technology save the time and decrease the cost, effective decrease settlement of building and worth to be popularize.
