用于光谱测量的光电二极管阵列驱动设计

摘要 为实现高动态范围多通道光谱测量,优化设计了光电二极管阵列S3924驱动电路。电路由时序产生单元、信号采集单元、控制单元3个功能模块组成。该电路使用一片EPM7064 CPLD作为光生电荷转移和信号采集的时序发生器;探测器输出信号被两个放大器同时放大,利用高速模拟开关切换方法,在单幅光谱测量中实现两级信号增益;为了防止探测器过饱和,设计了自动读出功能。最后对光谱信号噪声水平进行了评价,该噪声峰谷值小于0.01 V,标准偏差在0.002 V以下。 In order to get high dynamic range of multi - channel spectra, A circuit design for photodiode arrays is developed optically. The circuit is composed of time sequence generator, signal obtaining unit and control unit. CPLD (EPM7064) is used for sequence generation of photoelectric charge transfer and signal digitalization . The output of detector is amplified by two amplifier unit synchronously. High speed analog switch is used for switch two different gain channel signal and two stage gain in one frame spectra data is realized. Auto -read function is also designed to prevent detector from saturation, The spectrum signal noise level is estimated. The result indicate that the peak - valley value of noise is below 0.01 V and standard deviation is below 0.002 V.
