摘要
在我国知识产权是一个新兴的专业,大学知识产权教育起步较晚,尚未形成完善的知识产权教育体系,对知识产权法的教学模式以及教学法研究有限。对大学生调查问卷统计分析的基础上,结合教学实际,初步研究了知识产权法案例教学的特点,探讨了知识产权法案例教学的模式,提出了课程教学改革的具体措施,并在教学中进行了初步的实践探索,期望对培养学生分析问题与解决问题的能力,以及创新意识与创新能力起到积极的促进作用。
Intellectual Property is one of the new majors in China. The education of Intellectual Property started fairly late, as aresult a sound educational system of intellectual property has not been taken shape, and the research of teaching model and methods of intellectual property law is limited. On the basis of statistical analysis of questionnaire survey integrated with teaching realities, this paper studies the characteristics of case- teaching of intellectual property law, discusses the case-teaching model of intellectual property law, and puts forward measures of teaching reform which has been practiced in teaching. Itg hoped that this paper can play an active role in developing the ability to analyze and solve problems and the ability of creation and innovation of college students.
