摘要
高等教育的发展速度应与国家的经济、社会和资源相协调。通过对28个具有代表性的国家的高等教育在学率和人均GDP应用数理统计的方法进行回归分析,建立高等教育规模适度发展的回归模型。计算出与我国经济发展水平相适应的高等教育适度规模,从而得出,我国高等教育规模的发展速度应该减缓,在总规模上应该稳中有升,重在提高教育教学质量,符合我国高等教育的发展现状,为我国国高等教育事业的发展提供了理论依据。
The speed of higher education development should not only keep pace with the level of economic and social development, but also take the resources available into consideration. The essay sets up a regression model of moderate scale development of higher education by analyzing registering rate and per capita GDP of 28 typical countries with mathematical statistical analysis method. Based on the model, the paper figures out the proper scale of higher education in China today. Concerning China's higher education scale, the article arrives at the conclusion that it′s practical for China to slow down the speed and emphasize the quality of higher education with the scale developing steadily so that the policy is in accordance with the reality of higher educa- tion, which provides the healthy development of China's higher education with valuable theoretical support.
