摘要 千百年来,茶已成为我国人民生活中必不可少的饮品之一。陕西茶叶由于产于秦巴山区,凭借得天独厚的自然条件与历史文化,也曾闻名一时,而今陕茶就像深闺中的小姐,优而不名、品牌多而不响,产品规模小,加工设备陈旧,技术落后,投入不足,经营分散。陕西茶叶产业如何突出重围,依托陕西悠久的历史文化,借助政府组织和引导,加强秦巴茶文化研究与宣传,实施品牌整合和低产茶园改造,摈弃传统观念,做好质量标准与检测体系的推行和实施工作是陕西茶叶产业发展的关键。 Tea plays a vital role in the life of the Chinese. Shaanxi tea, growing in Qin-Ba mountain areas, used to be famous thanks to the exceptional natural conditions and culture and history here. However, Shannxi tea is unknown despite its high quality and various brands. Shannxi tea is faced up with the problems of small size, old equipments, backward technology, insufficient investment as well as scattered management. Hoe does Shannxi tea get rid of these problems and come to the fore? The keys are. counting on long history and culture in Shannxi and government organization and guidance, strengthening research and propaganda, implementing brands integrity and reform of the low-production tea plantations, abandoning traditional concept and introducing and carrying out the quality standard system and testing system.
