摘要
宅基地置换是目前上海在中心村建设中运用的典型模式,是推进"三个集中"的重要突破口。以松江区佘山江秋中心村建设为例,考察宅基地置换实际实施效果。指出宅基地置换为城镇发展提供了较多的空间,但成本巨大,大面积推广存在困难。
As one of the typic methods of central village construction, rural land replacement is very important for the ＂three centralization＂ strategy,The article takes Jiangqiu central village as an example, studying the actual effect of the method, Finally, the article concludes that rurual land replacement can not be put into use in ev- ery project, because the cost is too large although it is very helpful to urban construction land supplement.
