通过对浙江省近年来农村12项公共设施和公共服务的建设力度、满意度、需求度的调查,从而对社区、市场和政府三大供应主体的绩效进行评价和分析,对新农村公共设施项目建设的有效性和经济性问题,提出相应的建议和对策。
