摘要
三十年来,我国广告产业政策定位于"弥补市场失灵的缺陷",表现出总体抑制性特征。随着我国启动新一轮的产业政策调整,我国广告产业政策将呈现以产业发展和产业升级为核心的调整方向。
Since 1978,as'a remedy to the market failure',China's advertising industry policy showed the general restraining characteristic.With the new round of policy adjustment,China's advertising industry policy will display the directions,centered advertising industry development and advertising industry upgrading.
