摘要
肿瘤干细胞是近年来肿瘤研究的一个新热点,它具有强大的自我更新和致瘤能力,以及细胞分化潜能。肿瘤干细胞理论指出,肿瘤可能是由肿瘤干细胞产生的。利用干细胞特有的SP表型,通过流式细胞仪分选是发现肿瘤干细胞的主要方法,并已在造血系统肿瘤和多种实体瘤中证实其存在。肿瘤干细胞可能经基因突变、异常不对称分裂和细胞融合等过程而产生。肿瘤干细胞对放化疗不敏感,而发展针对肿瘤干细胞的检测和杀伤,可能为肿瘤的诊断和治疗带来希望。
recently, cancer stem cell is a new hotspot in the study of tumor genesis. It is intensely capable of self - renewal and the growth of cancer cell, as well as cell differentiation potential. The theory of cancer stem cell indicates that carcinoma is probably induced by cancer stem cell. It is validated that it has occurred in hematological tumors and many entity tumors in the light of stem cell proper SP phenotype, and flow cytometer is the primary approach of discovering cancer stem cell. Cancer stem cell is possibly produced through gene mutation, aberrant asymmetry cleavage, cell fusion and so on. Cancer stem cell is not sensitive to radiotherapy, therefore, developing targeted therapy aimed at cancer stem cell will be prominent foreground during the tumor diagnosis and therapy.
