摘要 对某水电站垫层蜗壳进行平面非线性有限元分析,并对钢蜗壳与外围混凝土之间设置柔性垫层的四个方案进行计算,探讨了垫层包角对蜗壳结构的影响规律,通过对接触摩擦节点模型和常规共节点模型的计算结果进行对比,表明模型的建立和应用是合理、可靠的。 In this paper,the research has been carried out on the spiral case with cushion layer in a hydropower station which was analyzed using plane non-linear FEM.According to that,there are four programs about the cushion layer has been calculated,and has discussed how the different cushion layer range put influence on the spiral case.The calculation results of contact model and common node model were compared to prove that the establishment and application of plane contact model are reasonable and reliable.
