摘要
针对工程建设中索赔工作的重要性,从签订合同协议、及时抓住索赔时机、注意谈判技巧等多个方面就如何搞好工程施工中的索赔进行了探讨,以帮助工程技术人员搞好索赔工作,提高施工企业的经济效益。
In view of the importance of claim work to construction engineering,from contract definition,optimum claim opportunity,negotiation skills and other aspects the question that how to do construction claim work well is discussed,in order to provide references and instruction for technicians to increase the economic benefits for construction enterprises.
