摘要
针对施工企业项目成本管理的现状,分析了工程项目成本管理存在的问题,提出了加强施工项目成本管理的对策,对大型国有施工企业集团公司项目成本管理具有指导意义。
Aiming at the existing situation of program cost management of the construction enterprise,it analyses the problems in it,and puts forward the countermeasure of strengthening the construction program cost management,and this has the meaning of guidance to the program cost management of the large national construction enterprise,group and cooperation.
