阐明了造价工程师在建设项目造价管理中的作用及素质要求,并就如何完善造价工程师队伍建设作一探讨,从而培养出一批具有相应专业知识,了解国内外相关法律、法规和惯例的高智高能型人才。
The paper elaborates the function of cost engineers in engineering management for construction items and quality demands they should have.Meanwhile,it also discusses how to perfect the groups construction for cost engineers,so as to cultivate a group of talents with high intelligence and ability,who can posses relevant professional knowledge and be familiar with relevant laws,laws and regulations,routines at home and abroad.
