摘要
政治参与既是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要手段,又是和谐社会的重要标志,因此是和谐社会的题中应有之意。在社会主义和谐社会视野下,政治参与具有有序性、理性、适度性、层次性等特性。
Political participation is not only an important means to construct the harmonious socialist society, but also the important symbol of the harmonious society, therefore it should be included in the original meaning of the harmonious society. In the socialist harmonious society, political participation has characteristics such as order, rationality, moderation, level and so on.
