摘要
国家新资助政策的五项主要资助内容,对高校学生欠费产生了一定的影响,并使其出现了新特点。该政策对解决高校学生欠费问题起到的重要作用有:对家庭经济困难学生资助力度大;保障家庭经济困难优秀学生顺利完成学业;高校实行多元混合资助。资助新政策下解决学生欠费问题,应采取如下对策:完善学校内部收费制度,严格学校缴费管理;加强思想政治教育和法制教育,遏制学生恶意欠费情况;各高校认真贯彻落实国家资助政策,确保家庭经济困难学生助困渠道通畅。
The five issues of the new national sponsor policy have influenced the tuition delay problems among college students and have made it show some new features. The policy has played an important role in solving the problems： giving great help to the students from poor families; making sure that excellent students from the poor families can easily graduate; implementing multiple sponsor policies in colleges. In the new situation, to solve the tuition delay problems among college students, we should take the following countermeasures accordingly： we should perfect charging system within colleges and carry strict management on the payment of tuition; we should enhance ideological and legal education on students and prevent the students deliberately delay to pay for the tuition; colleges should carefully carry out national sponsor policy and guarantee the students from families easily get financial aid.
