摘要
将木粉填充于PVC树脂中,通过微发泡技术制造出带有木纹的仿木材料,该材料可替代天然木材在各行各业中广泛使用,应用前景十分广阔.选用分子量不同的PVC树脂及木粉、稳定剂、发泡剂等,分别制成基料和着色料颗粒,由于两种物料在相同的加工条件下,熔融塑化程度不同,熔体呈现不规则的色差,从而可形成由里及表的类似木材的纹理.从原料的选择、配方设计、工艺条件等几方面阐述了PVC/木粉复合仿木材料研制过程.采用AC/NaHCO3复合发泡剂,ACR为改性剂,CaCO3为成核剂,控制好挤出温度等工艺条件,可以得到质量稳定的仿木材料.
Wood powder was filled into PVC, and the wood - imitation material was produced with wood by microfoaming technology. This promising material replaces natural wood and is widely used in many fields. The grains of major ingredient and the coloring ingredient, which are manufactured by PVC Resins with different molecular weights, wood powder, stabilizer, blowing agent etc, form the wood - like grains from the inner to the outer, for the two kinds of materials could show different colors to different melted extents under the same processing condition. The procedure of developing PVC/wood powder composite imitation materials are elaborated in aspect of the choosing of raw materials, formulation designing, processing conditions and so forth. Steady wood - imitation materials are manufactured under a moderate extrusion temperature with the compound blowing agent of AC/NaHCO3, modifier of ACR, and coring agent of CaCO3.
